Singapore Medical Association 6th Ethics Essay Award
"Is Medicine a Profession or a Business?"
Deadline for Submission: 15 Aug 2005
The SMA Ethics Essay Award is intended to encourage students in Singapore to research and review the important aspects of medical ethics. You are invited to participate in this exciting competition.
The Award is open to two categories:
1) Non-Medical students
2) Medical students
A cash sum of S$1,000 will be awarded to the student who submits the best original essay in each category. The winning essay may also be published in the Singapore Medical Journal (SMJ), which is one of the major medical publications in South East Asia.
